Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Definitive Style. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a full refund within 28 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

You can start a return in two ways:

• Through your account: Log in to your Definitive Style account, go to your order history, select the order you wish to return and follow the on-screen instructions.
• Via our Contact Us page: If you checked out as a guest or need assistance, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 28 days of the date you received your order
• In the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• With all original tags still attached
• In their original packaging where possible

Return Postage

Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a return label via email. Simply print it off, attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office or courier drop-off point. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: earrings and pierced jewellery.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
